Reason is not stuck in idealism, it has to transition towards a more objective kind of stance, takes on the observational role; not merely noting. Observing in order to attain some kind of universal understanding; done through classification. The first classification is pre-scientific, divide up the world with categories which are not justified, the next movement is when this classification fails and you suddenly discover some birds don"t fly, classification is not enough, we need an explanation. Trying to explain phenomena, certain regularities in it, stable discriptions , laws as they were. Not fluxuating, in all these there are contraadictions, these laws are postulated as stable, if these laws had succeeded, the laws of nature also fail, after attempting to describe through natural laws, is psychological. Trying to coorilate physical characteristics with behaviour, stable regulaties. Nature is not stable, the dynamisim of nature will undermine any attempt to find stable descriptions.
