Do this to win cases, win cases good lawyer, police, prosecutor. Garner on wrongful conviction: a grossly unfair outcome, in addition to, when a defendant is convicted despite a lack of evidence. Overrepresentation in population of inmates, and wrongfully convicted. Presumption of innocence replaced by presumption of guilt. Capital punishment is no more effective than life imprisonment. To convince determined offender to commit a lesser crime. To ensure that a criminal uses no more force than necessary.
