Extroversion, look outside of yourself to understand. Individual psychology not based on sexual urges like freud suggests according to him people develop and grow because of their drive to become better. Everyone strives to adapt and improve themselves because of innersense of i can do better. People are not aware of this then that leads to inferiority complex. Inferiority complex/ over compensation children and their personalities.
