Interior is typically victorian, upper class living conditions. Back of the house can see the modification of the house. It was previously a half house, and was cut by enlargement of the berri street. Filled some of the windows to reinforce the structure. Used the next-door house to show what the house was like. Put them together was transformed into a hotel when the cartier family left. For guests and dinning upper floor is private. Servants lived in. the kitchens used to be hidden and far from the area. each room had a different colour or tapestry.
