This course is an introduction to the managerial concepts and practices of marketing from the perspective of an organization and its products / services. The course takes a global perspective and provides a decision-oriented overview of marketing management in modern organizations. The process of developing a marketing strategy and all its components are examined along with their interrelationships. Projects are used to help students apply these concepts to realistic marketing problems in a host of business settings, including the small business and the international environments.
