Values: refer to shared beleifs shaped by individual, social, cultural forces. Core values: general set of values in a culture. Power distance: extent to which less powerfull members of org accept and expect that power is distributed unequally. High power distance= greater degree of inequality. Uncertainty avoidance: tolerance for uncertainty and ambiguity. Masculinity/femininity: degree to which gender roles are clearly delineated.
