Developing to your own culture and environment, you can modify the environment by eating it. The discovery of re, now we have access to more energy that could sustain our brain, how cooking made us human . We identify ourselves with food, we can identify others. There is a political plan to act over the environment. Being on the land and owning the land, being part of the environment, is fundamental to farmers and this relates to a phenomenon in the market in which the farmer will always be part of the land. This means that the farmer has to nd ways to stay in the market given his condition. One is extensi cation, trying to have more crop by harvesting and ploughing more land.
