Overall, everyone did well. The class average was above 90%.

Below are concepts that many people missed:

oIdentity = same for both sequences; for DNA & proteins

oSimilarity = similar, but not identical; only for proteins

oHomology = relatedness; for DNA & proteins

oChromatogram = output file for Sanger sequencing

oMetabolomics = the field of / the study of metabolites

The final is cumulative, so make sure to study topics covered in the midterm.
