What difference does it make if we do historical jesus research through a memory. We perceive other people by categorizing them. Historical jesus research, has been absorbing social memory approach and dropping the humpdy dumpy approach. Matthew 8:22 let the dead burry the dead . People only have disciples in order to plan for the future. In principle it should almost never work because jesus was a jew so you would think that he would say things as a second temple jew. Things that jesus is said to have done, do not just fit into second temple judaism, and both early chritianity and judaism were carful about burring their dead. And then he sees one that is like the human being and this is the symbol of god coming to the world. All the political powers continuously get worse however one day there will finally be one human sovergnty and this will be god.
