Ovarian germ cell tumors: 1st line tx: bep (less efficacy since oocytes not rapidly dividing) If tx fails or if ca reoccurs, taxane and others used in combo. S/es: n/v, loa, hair loss, hand/foot rashes, mouth sores: success tx depends on stage/extent of spread of cancer, s/es: n/v, loa, hair loss, hand/foot rashes, mouth sores.
