Average performance per member decreases with increasing size. Additive tasks (sum of individuals" performance)- performance increases with size. Disjunctive tasks (best member"s performance)- performance increases with size. Conjunctive tasks (limited by weakest member) performance decreases with size. Diversity- more diverse groups have a harder time communicating and being cohesive.
