Drugs and environmental chemicals: androgens, ace inhibitors, cancer chemotherapeutics, coumarin anticoagulants, diethylstilbestrol, diphenylhydantoin, ethanol, mercury, misoprostol, penicillamine, retinoids, tetracyclines, thalidomide, toluene abuse, trimethadione, valproic acid.
