Still associated with pornographic films, was pornographic film house for 25 years. Not viewed as family friendly, parents will not feel comfortable taking children there. Hard to rebrand something with such a long history, has become part of the town"s history. Previous to changes, showed art films, small target market: olga"s management history. Was only assistant manager for 4 months before being promoted. Not much experience managing, now has to implement big changes to make lime light cinema. Previously usher for 5 months successful: lots of competition.
