In the beginning suburbia large villas in park like setting. Payoff to soldiers live in suburbs in home post ww2 dream kind of like a luxury. Empty farmlands midst of roaring housing boom. Not what is promises it to be no real amenities of country life and organic systems rivers, forests, fields. 150 70s large scale construction in building modern cities. Heinberg suburbs wouldn"t exist without cheap oil.
