What is the relationship between form and content in a work? (form vs. content) Beginnings of the world (animals having to do the work at the beginning of the world as the cosmology for the world, not god doing all the work) How did things get the way they are. Repetition comes out strongly (humph, animal, o animal, presently, etc. ) Answering a question a child might have (things are the way they are because they got that way); teaching children that everything can have an origin; also teaching children that they need to work. Stories include (cid:498)(ow the rhinoceros got (is skin(cid:499) and (cid:498)(ow the camel got (is (ump(cid:499) Opens with (cid:498)now this is the next tale(cid:499) Christian morality fading into the background somewhat. Is the man representing britain and feeling entitled to have his demands met? (scentimental?)
