His reader only tells him what his blood sugar level is once if he misses that, he has to ask someone to read the visual readout for him. Insulin pens have a knob on the end to adjust the dosage he counts the number of clicks as he turns the knob, but he has to trust that the calibration of each click is correct and consistent. He ca(cid:374)"t always immediately tell if the insulin injection was successful. It should be thick enough to grip comfortably. As long as she can get through a door (client suggestion: make it collapsible) Right arm is starting to curl, having a hard time keeping her left arm straight.
