We tend to make these determinations by exclusions. These thoughts are parts of daily life. All these behaviours are grounded in everyday normality. So some people may have more difficulty but calling it a disease may be mis labling. Everyday life is filled, to some degree, with negative mood, stress, worry, concern etc.
