Symptoms: significant weight loss or weight gain, change in appetite; insomnia or hypersomnia; psychomotor agitation; fatigue; feelings of worthlessness/guilt; diminished ability to think/concentrate; recurrent thoughts of death or suicide or an attempt/plan for suicide. Symptoms cause clinically significant distress or impairment in functioning.
