Neural compression climbers, paddlers think about nerves from a pressure perspective. Much like muscle, with nerves there are many diff ct layers that hold it together compression with nerve- enough compression to compromise blood flow to that nerve compression from outside looking in. Path: cubital nerve little space as you scoop behind and just above medial epicondyle on the back. Little space is a space where cyclists put a lot of pressure on. Cyclists put in a lot of pressure on that ulnar side where it squeezes through the tunnel. Tfcc injuries since more space on ulnar side of hand, we have a gap that is filed with menisci and cushioning this is where tfcc goes. Tfcc wedges into this space and covers ulnar head, evens it out with distal end of radius. Tfcc triangularly shaped fibrocartilage wedged into this space and covers ulnar head, even s it out with distal end of radius.
