Paricipaion moivaion: why people become involved and stay involved in sport and exercise aciviies. Adults and children are moivated to paricipate in sport for similar reasons: competence, skill development, fun, challenge, itness. Only 7% of canadian youth (5-17) are acive enough for opimal growth and development.
