Start with recollection at beginning of employment, conversations with employees or boss, common imagery such as gendered assumptions, or look at it as work i was expected to complete and if this reproduced gender binary. Focus on one part of job/ situation at a time where you saw gender play out eg. email conversation and privilege of some identities or assumptions of other identities. Also can mention conversation of gender assumptions towards yourself.
