Pillar 1: elements of the conflict, parties, issues, objectives, means, orientations. Pillar 2: causes of the conflict, individual, societal, international, global/ecological. Pillar 3: how to intervene the conflict, prevention, management, settlement, resolution, transformation, provention, 3rd party approaches. 2 conflicting opinions does not equal conflict. Trying to see who is best not actually trying to hurt each other. Not : differences of opinion, disputes, competitions, violent (all the time, negative (all the time) Parties fighting for something they cannot both have at the same time. Both parties find what they want is equally valuable.
