Moral philosophy, also sometimes called ethics is the systematic study of good and bad, right and wrong in human character and action. Moral philosophy is concerned not so much with how we actually think and behave but how we should think and behave that ism with normative questions. Deals with theories that actually tell us what to do or how we should live our lives/act: applied ethics (relationship between ethical concepts and concrete examples; closely tied to normative ethics) In this courts, we will brie y look at just four of the many questions within this. The histories of our systems of morality and of religion are deeply interrwined. Today, many people clam that morality is based in some way on religion, and some thing that in order to be a morally good person one must be a devout person.
