Prove that justice is good in itself & profitable. Justice is the best thing and makes the individual happy. Injustice is harmful unprofitable (many reasons against it) Bad cities shape us in a way that turns us bad. Encourage us to think of politics in a bad way mechanism that helps us indulge every appetite. Freedom to indulge all of our appetites. Idea that everyone can and should do whatever they want. Shape who we are and our constitutions. Vast majority of republic shows us into the best being we can be. How we come to be tyrants: follow degradation. Convincing people with what you want drawing masses to their sides. Fear you at their discretion but love you at yours. Stir up a conflict to get people on your side. People pay attention to what you say if you start up a war or conflict. Exercise more and more power over the people.
