Symptoms present in early developmental period: catatonia, lessening of movement to the point that the individual may not move at all, catatonic movement, enhanced movement that resembles hyperactivity of symptoms for individuals with adhd. Shocking child when they exhibited this behaviour. Substantial increase in prevalence over the years: why, public profile of autism spectrum is very high, parents are more likely to see the symptoms of autism in their children, earlier diagnosis. Examining the symptoms of children at a younger age is quite noticeable. Toxicity has increased over the past 25 years which is why we are seeing more cases of autism. Number of people that flush medication down the toilet eventually travels back to the water we drink: diagnostic substitution. Diagnostic re-labeling (substitution) is contributing to higher levels of estimates of autism.
