Attachment q sort: this task tells researchers and mom to sort specific statements into piles, these have to do with attachment behaviors, there are certain piles that will show the types of attachment. If the child goes back to mom when stressed then they are securely attached. Biological preparation: bodies are prepared to form an attachment. If you look at pregnant women there are hormone change that are meant to make the mom more sensitive to the baby"s needs: ositocine to strengthen the bond, estrogen to make them more sensitive and testosterone levels drop.
