Without education of : college, or university = options limited. There are impediments to highest levels of success for immigrants limitations are predominantly born by women and immigrants in society. Consider : time when high school education was enough. Consider : population of women, and new technologies. High paying secure jobs require a degree of education. Not considered prestigious and do not pay well but exist. Belong to: those who do not have a college / university education, often recent immigrants, often women eg. maids, fast food restaurants, gas stations, dry cleaners, convenience stores, those who are immigrants to our country. Consider: job types: two types: jobs we think are important, and service jobs, we think only the former matter. These people do these jobs, to allow us to do jobs that make money in the luxury of their services. However women can be easily trapped in cycles of endless work for little pay.
