People should only work for a certain amount of time in their lives. Illness, frailty, incapacity assumptions about physical and mental health. Generalize them to have the same types of interests don"t think about broad spectrum. Think they"re traditional/strict to their ways resistant to new ways. Dominant view of thinking the aging process is a time of looking backwards. Talk to them as if they have already lived their life forget about how or what they are doing in the present time. Comes along with the idea of thinking they are stuck in their traditional values and ways.
