Cultural dimensions: all dimensions are measured on 1 to 7 scale. It"s a continuum only, only two extreme ends are identified. Values (should be): the way things should be. Surprising finding: high value score often associated with low practice score. Institutional collectivism: degree of organizational and societal institution practices encourage and reward collective distribution of resources of collective actions two scores for each. In-group collectivism: degree of individual express pride, loyalty, and cohesiveness in their organizations or families. Power distance: degree of members of a collective expect power to be distributed equally.
