Run by people several working the mechanism of the crane. Similar to elevators being worked by human power at the coliseum. Image also shows a tomb associated with a particular female member of the family. Tomb possibly doesn"t exist a grand multi- story structure: could be imagination of the artist. Lavishly decorated garlands, winged figures holding them (cupids), statuary and busts at various places, etc.
