Types of change that occur within a project: Stakeholder and customer requests: schedule shortened, added deliverables, other requests that impact project. Project team member requests: team members might recommend changes to increase efficiency. Key members leaving project: absence of key members can cause project delays and add slack. Budget cuts: scope, quality, schedule, resource allocation has to change.
