Insecticide poisoning treatment= m antagonist plus pralidoxime (regen achesterase) Atropine: from atropa belladonna and jimson weed, dilates pupils in past. Both are tertiary amines w cns penetration, can be used for drug abuse. Ipratropium: synthetic atropine w poor cns penetration to reduce side effects.
