Higher concentration of dots after it receives reward (phasic activity of dopamine) Can condition a stimulus to generate dopamine signal rather than reward (example of incentive learning) Over use of cs causes deficit in dopamine production, dipping dopamine signal below threshold towards inverse learning. Pimozide = dopamine receptor blocker, proceeds to extinction. Control group not correlated with availability of reward, signal is not signal, its just noise.
