What you do on a daily basis can affect your mood better: fatigue, stress, bereavement etc all can affect our moods. Balancing foci of applied psychology: there(cid:495)s no such thing as right/wrong. What you deem as right may be wrong to other people (vice versa) Norms are highly debatable: what is wrong with people? (study of deficits) Psychology often practiced as a deficit model where we try to understand why a behaviour is not norma: what is right with people? (study of assets) Psychology is more of a continuum: superior functioning ----------------------------------------- poor functioning. In between is what we do on a daily basis.
