Common sense: the logic of something makes sense, logical fallacy creeps into logical sense, flipping a coin, slot machines, contradictions that get used in different occasions. Media: blogging, social networks, newspapers, distort events, focus on the sensational, the scandal and issue is magnified but there is little context on the events, focus on the negative. Collect data: operationalization concept to how you measure the concept, population & sampling, observations (collect empirical data)
