Middle mgt: depends on human skills mainly and technical skill. Bottom mgt: direct relationship with suppliers and customers (ear to the market), day to day functioning depends on them like technical, human skills. Aware of invisible or indirect competitors (conceptual skills) because they have relationship with suppliers.
