What policy should lars cosmetics adopt to restore customer confidence in our products and to deal with the negative publicity surrounding the animal testing clams. On september 23, 2018, the milton players theatre group community group wrote a letter to our firm indicating that they have reasons to believe that some of our products are tested on animals. They oppose animal testing; particularly testing that harms, injures or causes pain and suffering. They have indicated that they are prepared to drop our products from their community centres and furthermore, organize a broader boycott. None of the products that we manufacture and distribute in canada are tested on animals, we cannot make a blanket statement about imported goods. We do possess audited signed statements from the manufacturers stating that they conform to the laws governing animal testing in their respective jurisdictions, we don"t know what these laws may be.
