For a message to be successful there must be an agreement upon the
Three elements in intrapersonal communication
Understanding the audience, language skills, body language and effectively relaying
information are all important in order to communicate on an intrapersonal level.
There are five steps for a sender/receiver situation
1. Idea Formation (message formation)
