There are 3 types of systems commonly used today: Named after the bundles of move from one station to another in a progressive manner. Electronic bundle tickets and smart cards at each workstation reduce paper work and eliminate lost tickets. Bundles are given to operators, when work is finished bundle is moved to the next workstation, compensated by piecework. Results in high volume of work in progress.
