Position power: determined by the person"s place in the hierarchy (or order of authority) of the company. Personal power: determined by the unique qualities of the person. They have to make major decisions in short time frames. Leadership models or style: is the recurring pattern of behaviours exhibited by a leader, autocratic. Acts in unilateral command and control fashion: human reactions style. Displays a do the best you can and don"t bother me attitude: democratic. Leadership traits: drive, self-confidence, creativity, cognitive ability, job-relevant knowledge, motivation, flexibility, honesty and integrity. Is the capacity to influence other people because they desire to identify personally with you.
