During the processing, the driver picks up a handled computer called delivery information acquisition device (diad) in which the driver login and gets his plan for the day. In the end, the driver delivers the package to the location: ups uses three types of technologies orion, diad and oms. Orion is software that makes the best route for each driver considering different facts such as weather, traffic and location of the delivery.
