Organization behaviour: study of what people think, feel and do in and around organizations. Organization: groups of people who work interdependently towards some purpose. Organization behaviour (ob): helps usmake sense of and predict our work, question personal beliefs/assumptions, adopt more accurate models of workplace behavior, knowledge/tools to work with others, organizational behavior is for everyone, helps everyone, not just managers.
