Risk factors for breast cancer: female ages 50-59, personal and family history, brca gene, early puberty of late menopause, radiation, tall height, nulliparity or first child after 30, hormonal contraceptive use, hormone replacement therapy, alcohol, obesity. Subjective data: breast, pain, pqrstu, lump, lump or thickening, discharge, rash, swelling, trauma, history of breast disease, surgery, self-care behaviour, axilla, tenderness, lump, swelling, tenderness in underarm area, rash. Breast cancer assessment: mammography, 50-69 routine screening every 2-3 years. Inspect the breasts: general appearance, slight asymmetry is normal.
