Each qualitative research approach has its own data analysis process: Analysis in ethnography: looking at the culture in groups; th research embeds self into the culture to try and understand meaning ; using observation, interviwes, pt charts, maps. Analysis begins as soon as researcher enters the field, Continually looking for patterns in behavior, thoughts, language etc. and comparing patterns simultaneously. Researcher searches for deeper understanding of culture under study. Maps, flow charts, organizational charts and matrices are helpful in organizing and analyzing data.
