Qualitative: conceptual view and is the product of research. Independent and dependent variables designate the direction of influence. Conceptual definition: abstract, theoretical meaning of a concept being studied, spirituality, qualitative. Operational definition: specifies the operations that researchers must perform to collect the required information on a particular concept, should be in line with conceptual definitions, quantitative, weight, fine and easy to measure. Data: quant: numeric information, qual; narrative. Relationships: bond or connection between two or more phenomena.
