Dysphagia: hard time swallowing, due to nerve damage: can be after a stroke, or parkinson, nerve damage that interferes with movement of fluid down to stomach, 60% of ltc, acute or chronic. Food isnt ready to eat, but needs to be reheated, everything that leaves must be frozen. Theoretically making from scratch is cheaper, but theres staff costing, overproduction, wasteetc.
