It is my desire to show more pointedly than - so far as i am aware -has been attempted before, that mental qualities are equally under control. (galton, 1865) Our mental abilities are under the same control as breeding dogs. Eminence runs in families, and is better than chance. Doesn"t take into account class, group, power, privilege.
