More focused on promoting factors/ behaviours that promotes well being and health. 5 causal paths that need to be exercised: attachment, competencies, social environments, empowerment, resilience commitment and accountability. To profession: take into consideration psychology and political factors (cid:1) (cid:1) Power of psychological oppression: internalize oppression, seeing yourself as less capable than others because you are a woman, racialized, etc, this can turn into self fulfilling prophecy which continues the stereotype.
