There are different types of bills based on how they originate and different bills: It applies to everyone under that jurisdiction, relates to public policy. Can include private member bills, but depends on who proposes the bills. Proposed by a private member, but is not a speaker or cabinet minister. Normally it is odd bills, they dont often get passed. Example david miller introduced new bill to extend the lease of a church. Big thing here is that the bill does not apply to the public, very specific. Introduced by the executive council, usually by cabinet minister most affected by the bill. Expected to have full support of cabinet and the governing party, so it should go through. There has to be debate, but it is pretty standard for it to go through.
