Pantothenic acid: abundant in meat, eggs, whole grains, legumes, but essentially found. Is added to many fortified breakfast cereals: no adverse effects associated w/high intake of vitamin b6 from foods but yes. Is destroyed by heat and light so it can easily be lost during processing adverse effects if high disease from supplements: people take supplements to reduce symptoms of pms, treat carpel tunnel, strengthen immune f"n. Vitamin b12 (cobalamin: pernicious anemia = macrocytic anemia resulting from vitamin b12 deficiency that occurs when dietary vitamin b12 cannot be absorbed due to lack of intrinsic factor.
